The International Gender Studies Conference in Turkey, which we organized for the first time in 2023, took place at Minerva Han on 9-10 December. Academicians, researchers and non-governmental workers from Turkey and the international arena attended the conference, where the opening speech was made by Feride Acar. The 20 sessions held over two days included studies on gender in many fields, from employment to ecology, technology, politics, youth, city, migration, world, art, law and many other fields. 76 different studies took place within the scope of the conference, where the number of participants exceeded 300. In addition, the Dicle Koğacıoğlu Article Award and Şirin Tekeli Research Award panel and award ceremonies, which we organize every year, took place in the last sessions on both days of the conference.
