The participants must first go to the registration desk located at the entrance of the building.

Panelists and moderators will get their name badges and conference material at another desk on the ground floor.

In keeping with our core values, we kindly remind you that we aspire to build an inclusive and non-discriminatory environment for all the participants at the conference. It is advisable to use gender-inclusive, gender-sensitive language when addressing individuals. Care should be taken to use the form of address or pronouns preferred by each individual (and written on their name badge).

Building usage

Minerva Han is a historical building, that hasn’t gone through much restoration after being built in 1913. The building is equipped with a small elevator (max 3 people) that hasn’t changed since its construction.  To avoid maintenance problems that can be caused by an old elevator, we kindly ask our participants to use the stairs as much as possible during the conference and only use the elevator option in case it is absolutely necessary.

Lunch

The lunch break is from 12:15 pm to 13:30 pm. Lunch will not be provided by us. Instead, you have the freedom to purchase your own lunch at one of the numerous cafes or restaurants located nearby. Below you can find a list of places in the vicinity of Minerva Han. Please note that this is not an exclusive or exhaustive list.

Coffee breaks

During the conference tea and coffee will be provided.
